Guorui Group has joined forces with a state-owned enterprise to establish a new-energy industry fund, aiming to integrate capital operations with the development of the new-energy sector. This collaboration will help Guorui Group further expand and strengthen its new-energy business, optimize resource allocation, achieve industrial consolidation and business-model innovation, enhance its brand, and jointly build a platform for multi-format capital-driven growth.

Guorui Group, together with Rongxun Capital, Tianji Capital, Thai–Chinese Joint Investment, and Zhengxuan Investment, has initiated the establishment of the Guorui Equity Investment Fund, which is dedicated to investing in emerging sectors such as new energy, energy IoT, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and semiconductors. The fund aims to integrate industrial resources and leverage cross-sectoral synergies to drive innovation and growth. Looking ahead, Guorui Group will continue to strengthen its ability to seamlessly combine “resources and capital,” thereby igniting a new engine for high-quality development.
